Player rating for online battles on full maps.

I support this initiative; a rating system is a good idea, let's implement it.

I've noticed that in Heroes of Might and Magic V, the report system is now similar to how we currently manage it for Heroes of Might and Magic III.

I think the right step would be to add a system for tournament threads to the forum for Heroes of Might and Magic V, and subsequently, the rating system could be fully automated.
