Not exactly. When the dragon's luck triggers, it attacks a number of cells equal to its luck value (i.e., from 1 to 5). It's not yet clear how this will be implemented; after all, the attack is 2x2, and it's also unclear how it will be calculated diagonally. For now, the Sylvan dancers seem unconvincing; instead of a clumsy circular attack, they have a significant bonus to defense (it's important to consider that at the beginning of the battle, they have an increase, as if they had moved the maximum number of cells).
