The point with Lizard is that he really wants to execute Mental for being a serial killer, believing him to be a maniac. He doesn't care much about the mafia; he doesn't even try to figure them out.

1. I do care about the mafia. Who here is an expert in clues like "ToX"? I would gladly listen to them. Unfortunately, I'm not an expert myself...
2. Regarding executing/not executing the serial killer... Well, if you all love serial killers, you can go ahead and hang me.:mad: My understanding of the usefulness/uselessness of a serial killer is somewhat different from yours...

This is considering that in the previous game, both the town and the mafia were very wrong in trying to figure out the serial killer in a similar way. The serial killer, who sometimes just stayed at home. And in this game, the serial killer can easily do that, because the number of carriers will still increase.

I might be wrong about Mental, but then the serial killer didn't go out on the 2nd night. Why didn't he go out? Because it would be beneficial for him to "mark" and kill – it's a double benefit. Was he afraid of clues? How many "ToX-style" clues did you guess correctly? So, I don't see any logical reason for the serial killer to skip turns.
