The start was not great. But two consulates within walking distance of the castle, nearby - I decide to play. 20 archers, I lose 4 stupidly rushing a lot of hobbits (49 of them, solid hundred :)), I want to check the consulate. I come out against a green player, he snatches the +2+2 sword from under my nose and runs away; the next turn I catch up, almost kill him, but on the last dendroid he escapes, farewell to the sword (: . I see an opponent above, decide to go to him; by 121 the horses should arrive + I want to take a consulate for a single and burst into the red respawn. But my fears are justified, he attacks first (while I haven't pulled up my army yet), immediately kills 5 of the remaining 14 bows - 3 archers and 2 elves. 10 elves under the cover of 20 dwarves and about a dozen centaurs, I realize he'll outshoot me with magic; I think about buying him off but won't have enough money left for a buyout, I decide to fight, I rush at him with 4 swordsmen and 25 pikemen, shooting along the way with the remaining bows + I had 8 lizardmen. And then I realize the magic is running out; he attacked with a level 1 hero (stats 1 1 2 2), and the elves aren't hard to shoot down; only the 20 dwarves pose a danger; I run into defense of the bows. Losses are only about 10 bows, the rest minor. The opponent surrenders. On my 121 I took a consulate for a single + 5 horses.
