1) How to choose a town in a mirror match if, for example, the first player has played Necro-Citadel-Dungeon-Inferno-Fortress, and the second has played Castle-Rampart-Conflux-Tower? 2) The choice of towns in Skirmish and Anarchy heavily unbalances the game due to the imbalanced nature of some factions (for instance, Conflux in Skirmish or towns with starting Diplomats in Anarchy seem too strong). I suggest at least removing the right to choose heroes on these templates, as is done in Lyubimchiki.
