NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

This kind of mod was mentioned somewhere, or is it just a desire to have such a glow?

I saw this glow in Maxim "RedHeavenHero's" campaign, "Empire of the Unicorn." I liked it, and I assumed that some mod was the basis for this effect. In general, I really want to have this special effect.
