2016 Winter Tournament: "Frozen Heart"

To avoid further disputes, let me clarify: In the event of complete silence from one of the opponents within the tournament timeframe, victory will be awarded to their opponent, provided there has been at least one attempt to organize a game! Players who fail to participate in the tournament will be banned from the next one, and their rating will not be updated! Let there be fewer players, but the quality of the tournament will increase, and it will be more interesting to play, including for experienced players. I want to get rid of "inactive" players in tournaments and make the tournaments interesting for players of all levels, so in future tournaments, there will probably be a change in the tournament format. If anyone has any opinions on this, including those different from what I have expressed, please write them in the thread.
