If there were a "Costumes for Children" contest, I would give an appropriate rating (I wouldn't approve) and no one would pay attention to whether it's a fairy or who she is.
If it were a regular version, I would give a 3-4 rating for the face, and I wouldn't pay attention to anything else. But since there is nudity here, and because of this, I perceived the picture as just another joke, I lowered the scores for these reasons. I don't see a problem with this.
