Is the Unified State Exam (USE) a good or bad thing?

Do you really read books that don't have any punctuation marks?:confused:

Well, there is actually a system called "author's punctuation," so what the author does one way, someone else might cross out... Viktor Tsoi wrote all his poems and songs WITHOUT any punctuation marks (author's style).
As for luck, I don't even know how it is with me... I didn't learn one single ticket in physics, and that's the one I got... I answered it with a 5, only because my friends helped, so friends are also very useful.
