If anarchy and Smoka are imbalanced templates, but at least somewhat fit within the bounds of adequacy, then it's time to move away from m200. Among normal players who don't like the random element, this template is never played; only those who are not confident in themselves try to use it. If a tournament involves only normal players, it can be safely removed from the pool.

Suggest your own replacement options so that I can discuss them. For now, the tournament is in the formation stage, and not all issues have been fully resolved. I want to get everything sorted out before the New Year.

Regarding skirmishes - Tvarina seems to have played it several times and didn't complain; Amilu played it... Here, the skirmish is essentially taken as an M-size template (since L and XL templates exist). The balance of m200 seems even more imbalanced to me...
