Hello everyone. Fellow players, I need your help. My friend and I both have full versions of Heroes 6 on Steam, but we can't connect in multiplayer from home (it works fine when he's at work). We both have internet through routers, the same internet provider, but it just doesn't work. Contacting technical support (provider, Steam, Ubisoft) didn't help. Maybe you can suggest how to solve the problem? When we try to connect to each other, it says "Timeout" and that's it.
