Hello everyone. Fellow players, I need your help. My friend and I both have the full versions of Heroes 6 on Steam, but we can't connect to each other in online multiplayer from our homes (it works fine when one of us is at work). We both have internet connections through routers, using the same internet provider, but it just doesn't work. Contacting technical support (from the internet provider, Steam, and Ubisoft) didn't help. Can anyone suggest a solution to this problem? When we try to connect, it says "Timeout" and that's it.
