It's not a problem to remove the braid, but the hood is part of the model – we need to come up with something to cover the resulting hole! Trimming from below will also reveal emptiness, but in principle, if we veil it with smoke, it won't be too noticeable! However, the animations are designed for having some object in the hands... again, we need to experiment to see how it will look with empty hands!
