The start was tough - 30+ dwarves with GC and 70 shooter stacks block the exit from the castle. Broke through the dwarves, fed some meat. Didn't find gold right away, so I split into 3 heroes.

With the remaining army I fought for whatever gold I could to build cavalry. The cavalry came online on first week in the fort, I also managed to capture the Dablo on the first week, there were swords in the fort there. On the second week I pick up 2 external dwellings of monks and an external dwelling of cavalry, break through to the center, there we meet the opponent, he surrenders.

I never found a single Griffin Conservatory or Dragon Fly Hive. On the third week I move through the center towards the opponent with a full reinforcement caravan - 12 champions, 21 swords, 21 monks, 44 archers. I intercept a caravan of 10+ Manticores (there were 3 external dwellings in the center, I think) on the road, followed by a surrender. Thanks for the game!
