RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

"Unexpected Storm" will work without the "Storm Strike" skill, as it was originally for the Storm Titans. Also, I saw a mod where it worked normally without "Storm Strike."

Perhaps there's something that can be tweaked regarding how the skill works. I once tried giving "Unexpected Storm" without "Storm Strike," and there was no effect, but after adding "Storm Strike," "Unexpected Storm" also started working. (Early and Air Elementals participated in the experiment.) It's possible that in the mods you're talking about, it wasn't actually "Storm Strike" but rather a chain shot with a modified visual effect – I haven't actually looked at them myself, and it's possible I overlooked something in my experiments :smile17:
