Who will be changing nicknames?

The same person who regularly changes Revan's nickname. And it's much more realistic to give Revan the authority to change nicknames than to link several accounts to one email address.

A dozen accounts are still registered on the forum every day, even with fifty thousand registered users, I doubt that twenty extra accounts will hurt him much.
