Nah, this isn't funny anymore. I drew even more low-level units, and I also picked up two admirals during recruitment, it just happened that way. What's the chance that they both appear at the beginning, on the first and second turn? And not just them. Although I didn't even have any sevens or higher.
I had two guys with a cost of one and the Storm skill, and a bunch of different twos and threes. But the admirals showed up. Where are all those other cards?
