Player rating for online battles on full maps.

I looked at the official rating thread
It's funny that on HeroesWorld the rating is calculated once every 4 years :D

The official rating calculation scheme doesn't match reality, imho

So, before preparing the data, we need to decide on a scheme
I like mine, its important advantage is that every victory matters for the rating, which motivates players to finish tournaments

How can one even officially approve a new scheme here?
