It went well in terms of gold; the respawn points turned out to be close to the opponent's. The opponent attacked me on day 113 when I ventured out with my main hero without ranged units for scouting (I was planning to take a hidden resource that was supposed to be further away). The opponent wiped out all my fairies with gremlins, and I bought my way out. Then, I bought a siege unit and sent it to day 114 towards the opponent, along with purchased strong melee units (fish and earth elementals), while I used my air units with the main hero to defend the gold mine. On day 115, the opponent attacked the siege unit with the melee units and 32 mana, realized he couldn't break through, and surrendered.
