It is very important to reconsider the forum's moderation team. Reduce the number and expand the scope of responsibility. In the social, off-topic, and entertainment section (considering everything that is there), in my opinion, there are too many moderators. And they moderate in a very peculiar way – practically not at all. But, although the topic of reducing the number of moderators has been raised more than once, it has not led to any results.

Where else can we reduce the number? There are already only one and a half people... On the contrary, we need to return all those who moderate small sections (like "Heroes of Malgrim") to the status of ordinary users so that they don't stand out. Assign two good moderators to each section. Why expand their powers? If a person cannot handle a section with 3 subforums, will they work better if you give them a section with 4? No. And who are the moderators in the off-topic section? Can you list them? There's Предвестник (inactive), Ёжик (also inactive), Ноувизард (I haven't really seen him deleting posts), Гексорин (only for contests), and who else? And as a result, there is NO ONE in section 3, ONE out of five declared moderators in section 5, and so on. We need to CLEAN UP and INCREASE the number of moderators so that the coordinators can focus on the forum and its development, and not run around in irrelevant topics (like "castle appearance") and try to stop the off-topic discussions.
