We started playing without restarts. I gave up color for 1600. Spawned at the top.
Scouting revealed my entire respawn. Half a turn in any direction. The road one way is blocked by 20-49 gogs, the other way by 50-99 master gremlins. I thought about taking a restart. But Septina with 11 skeletons killed the gremlins with two casts. And on the other side of the monolith I saw a grave of souls and a crypt and was happy to see my kin. On the second day I found a Tron's crown, on the third day another one. Next to it a mana well. I hung around there until day 7. On the 4th day I teched into liches (for that I had to build a market on the 3rd, sulfur issues). With liches and Tanto the skeletons started accumulating pretty quickly. On the seventh day word of the surrender came.
