We started without restarts. Fast roads, the scouting near the Castle reveals two crypts, a Spearmen external dwelling and a Hive; Turis and a Necro come in. Nothing particularly remarkable, but I decided to play. As it turned out, in vain, because in the next underground zone the road was blocked by a pack of Monks. I found a detour through wasteland, there was a Griffin Conservatory. I slowly level Septienna, the Necro, but she levels poorly. Somehow with trading I got horses in the Fort, but no — I wanted a Citadel, so Vala went into a home Dwarf dwelling of 10-15 without a stack. Vala with Archers, Pikemen and Skeletons gets wrecked in the 15-stack, I think about surrendering, but I still decided — I have horses, I have a Mama, why not play)
On the second month Turis finishes off the ill-fated Dwarf dwelling, takes a minimal Griffin Conservatory, grabs a Log and decides to move her to the Mamas — not in vain, because later she gets Earth and Attack. With an Angel things are merrier, I take another Dwarf dwelling, a mini-Naga Bank, and at the start of the third month I kill a green Conflux. There are Pyschic Elementals built, but the AI managed to buy them before my attack. Then I try to move towards the opponent, but I don't get close, because I don't have enough power. I find a couple of Minotaur external dwellings in the center, Portal them to the village, and end up on the road to a purple Necro. Then there's war with the AI and some semblance of power-building: over the game I took 5 Griffin Conservatories — 3 mini and 2 double-stacks; 2 Dragon Fly Hives — both mini; no Utopia found. Thanks to Cyclops dwellings I built a Mage Guild level 5 in the Conflux for a Flight scroll, which I never got to use, noob. In the Guild, by the way, they gave the same Flight. Funny moments — the epic battle of Turis, buffed on 1 Angel, against a Necro with full Castle growth. Mass Slow, Lightning Bolt and 60 mana carried it; I was also lucky that the AI only had mana for one Arrow)
Towards the end I ate a Pandora's Box for all Earth Magic, but didn't get Implosion due to under-leveled Wisdom. However, Implosion wouldn't have saved me, because the next turn Tazar shows up. There was a power advantage, stat advantage and Elixir of Life, a one-sided finale. Thanks for the game!
