From the start, Gunnar arrived with a couple of necromancers + an external dwelling of minotaurs and a consulate under the Castle; I take the external dwelling and build up minotaurs in the Castle with a portal, at 122 I take consulate 3, then clear treasures, find more consulates, and by 135 gather 12 angels, run to the opponent and find him in the Castle; it turned out he threw away his army in the Dragon Utopia and my stats were higher (4-8 tants against my 17-15),
