Is the Unified State Exam (USE) a good or bad thing?

Why lie? :) In this part, the maximum score is 20! You can even get a 5 without it. And you can disagree with the author's position. But if your only argument is "because," then you should be happy with a 3... what's the dissatisfaction about?

Firstly, I didn't say I expected to get a 5 :) Since I almost completely failed part B (Tanya, Slonysh - I understand you so well :D).
Secondly, I clearly argued my disagreement with the author, and I even had many more words than the minimum required (300 or 320, I don't remember).
