How can we save the "Heroes" theme?

It is very important to review the forum moderation team. Reduce the number of moderators and expand their scope of responsibility. In the social and entertainment section (considering everything that is there), in my opinion, there are too many moderators. And they moderate in a very peculiar way – practically not at all. But, although the topic of reducing the number of moderators has been raised more than once, it has not led to any results.
