One of the three players cannot see the server.

Hello,
The issue is as follows: we're playing HotA 142 through Evolve.
We create a party in Evolve, connect, and everything seems to be working.
However, 3 players can always see the created game, while one player cannot.
For 3 players, the game version is displayed as 10a, while for the other player, it's 7a.
We've tried everything we could find online.
We need help.
