RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

there are two ideas: 1) you can take the texture of an air elemental, increase it by 10 times, remove the arms, and call it a hurricane. 2) you can create a dragon, a bird, or something else that consists of a storm, a blizzard, a hurricane, and so on, and this creature will spit chain lightning (or regular lightning) quickly and frequently, but the damage will be slightly reduced. It could also be incorporeal (but that might be too much; then we should improve the devils, strengthen the Naga generals, and enhance the emerald dragons).
