Is the Unified State Exam (USE) a good or bad thing?

Everyone is now criticizing the Unified State Exam (USE)... In principle, I understand everything more or less, but still... I finished 10th grade, took a practice USE test, scored 53 out of 60 points (a top grade starts at 49 points), and I'm happy. I really like tests because if I don't know something, the chance of answering correctly is 50/50 (you can always eliminate 2 out of 4 answers), so the odds are pretty good.

That's why they criticize it, because "if you don't know something, the chance of answering correctly is 50/50." It seems to be easier for students, but the admissions committees of universities are not happy...

My opinion is this: if all universities recognize the USE (and not selectively, with the more prestigious ones turning up their noses), then why not the USE?
Because those who want to study will study (self-education plays a significant role here). And even if they take the USE, it doesn't mean they just randomly guessed and got it right. Not everyone is like that. I believe that there are smart graduates (I really hope there are). And they would have done well on the old exams too. And with the USE, it will be easier for them to get into university.
