Well, it's not so much that a change in the rules occurred, but rather that the existing rules are now more accurately reflected. After all, it is clear that this ban was caused by the possibility of an infinite turn on a single day when using the "dismissed/bought back" principle. No one forbade hiring a hero the next day. I think no one was misled by the previous interpretation... However, just in case, this is now clearly stated in the rules...

Damn, such a crowd ran over me, only iron was clashing - it's a good thing I'm always in body armor and a helmet. That's exactly for this case :) It came in handy this time :)
