Is the Unified State Exam (USE) a good or bad thing?

Paladin, (*whispering*) you can hide spurs in an extreme way - in the décolleté):D....though I haven't tried it myself - the size isn't right :D...

and besides - I'm already finishing my first course at the institute, and I still don't know how to use cheat sheets...
