Mafia 103. Ice and Ash

So, the Mafia had 2 non-lethal actions and a kill.
Obviously, the most useful non-lethal actions are block and redirect. And a kill with ignore healing is better than a regular kill. That is, I don't see any surprises in the Mafia's actions.
