I don't know exactly what the mods affect, but after installing some, it becomes impossible to load the game. Perhaps the mod corrupts the game or replaces game files in a way that makes loading impossible.

I have already reinstalled the game without the mod, but that didn't help. Now I've created a new profile and am playing in it; the saves load.
