One for all and all for one 5

I think the potential of transfers in the tournament hasn't been fully realized. It would be good to:

1) Make transfers paid. Captains pay by transferring gold when playing against each other, and transfers are only possible within the group during the group stage.

2) Create 2 transfer windows - before the start of the tournament and after the group stage (only between participants in the playoffs).
