I revamped everything and also bought 2 resurrections from another player for 1000. I decided to take Bron. He came without any Vassals. The second hero didn't have any Lizards. All the blocks were STUPIDLY filled with Greymane Centaurs!!! Okay, I thought, it happens. I even took the first companion. Then I attacked Hobbits, and out of 4 stacks, 3 of them were demoralized. They completely destroyed the Duck in one round. In that round, another morale point was lost, and the second one was also gone. I didn't continue playing after that.
