If someone calls part "C" a stupid and unnecessary thing, then they can safely skip the exam – no surgeons will be able to help them. In my opinion, this is the only part (in Russian) that deserves attention. The rest – the tests – are not the same... I even agree with AlexeyPank on some points – a person should be able to speak, express their thoughts, and not act "by trial and error" (Maëlgrim, that's a good method; I solved a couple of math problems using substitution).

Overall, it's easy to pass the Unified State Exam. Of course, not for a stupid person. Preparation is all that's needed. And literature, by the way, is still taken in the traditional format.
