Reinstalling
I don't know what exactly the mods affect, but after some of them, it becomes impossible to load the game. Perhaps the mod damages the game or replaces game files in such a way that loading becomes impossible.

I have already reinstalled the game without the mod, but that didn't help. Now I have created a new profile and am playing in it; the saves load.
