I seem to have missed something, and I can't find it in the rules. Initially, it was stated everywhere that the captain who received the most votes in the first round of the draft picks last, and in the second round, they pick first. Please explain.

Section: Team Formation, point 5:

5. With an even number of players on the team: the captain with the fewest votes chooses first. Then the captain with the second-to-last place chooses, and so on. Players chosen first by the captains receive a conditional number 2 on the team. Once all captains have chosen one team member, the selection continues in reverse order. Players chosen in the second selection receive a conditional number 3, in the third selection - number 4.

With an odd number of players on the team: the captain with the most votes chooses first. Then the captain with the second place chooses, and so on.

We have an odd number of players on the team, so the captain with the most votes will start the draft. In the second round, the selection will go in reverse order. In the third round, you start again, and in the fourth round, Palach starts again.
