Is the Unified State Exam (USE) a good or bad thing?

As a future educator, I can immediately say that the Unified State Exam (USE) doesn't test anything at all. As a rule, the questions there are a combination of the useless and the unnecessary. All of this is created for the sake of standardization, and standardization leads to dehumanization. So, nothing good will come of it.
