RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

The Chimera’s lair is inhabited by mages who left the Silver Cities to study darker magic, and warlocks joined them. The warlocks brought their beholder and other creatures from the dungeons, and the rest are those the mages met in their new location. As I understand it, there will only be two human creatures: Chimera Guardians and Sorceresses. It reminds me of the Dungeon faction from the 3rd or 4th game.
