Nasos, regarding the "Ira the Mage" map: I think you've already read this discussion – perhaps you misunderstood something or didn't do something correctly. But surely not 2,000 months, right?
Starting with the description, you clearly need to read all the texts carefully and follow the author's instructions:

In general, I periodically think that I should ask Valery Rogacev (Salamandre) from France: he mentioned a long time ago on another forum that he translates Chinese maps – maybe he can translate the ones that are currently the most popular, or even has already translated them, and we don't know? I just don't know him personally, and I haven't tried contacting him directly, although I have his email in the descriptions of a couple of his maps. Or does anyone among you have acquaintances who can translate Chinese texts from maps, even if it's done poorly, as long as the meaning is clear.
