Well, for now, we have many programs for each interesting task (translators, navigators, recognition software, games, operating systems, office suites). Moreover, some of them are written by programming communities out of love for the art, not for money. What prevents the community from creating a skin if the necessary technologies are available? In general, I am confident that programs will exist if the necessary technologies appear.
