How can we save the "Heroes" theme?

Many didn't understand my idea about creating a separate section. Yes, there is already some separation, but it doesn't prevent flooding. And if we create a subdomain where we move the non-themed sections and chat, it will allow us to moderate the main, "Heroes" forum more strictly. This will eliminate flooding and off-topic discussions. And it will be easier to monitor the off-topic section for flooding.
