Question for the organizers: my game in this round against Mishuta doesn't decide anything, meaning I need to beat the Chinese player regardless to advance from the group, and my opponent doesn't even have a theoretical chance of advancing. So, can I just set all values to zero?

Of course, you can, but since the next tournament in this series is expected in about a year, it would be very sad not to accept those people who did that.
And also, I understand that if you win against the Chinese player, and Mishuta wins against you, then all three of you – Mishuta, you, and the Chinese player – will have the same number of points.



There was no internet for 2 days, which gave people an extra opportunity to finish round 3. Now, those who don't have results for round 3 and didn't warn the organizers will receive technical losses if they exist...
