Eggs

They practically drained my blood when my side started hurting. Remembering that my side had hurt twice before, and both times it ended with a trip to the hospital, I didn't delay and rushed to the doctors. After they took about three liters of my blood and checked me for all sorts of terrible things, they didn't say anything definitive, so I eventually gave up.
My side still hurts, by the way.
