Then December-February we can hold the final 2017 tournament using the playoff system, with the top 16 playing!

Regarding seasonals. Let's try to start a seasonal on March 1, 2017. Maybe some new players will join.
But at first glance, there won't be much popularity, since there's a seasonal on the Portal with automated systems for reporting and rating calculation.
On HeroesWorld, unfortunately, nobody wants to run the rating for 5 yet, because it's not automated and the rating hasn't been updated for, I think, at least 3-4 years.
Ideally, it might be necessary to revise the formula and find someone who will handle this on a serious and permanent basis.
I consider starting a new rating from scratch to be impractical, and also unfair to those players whose rating has been formed since the release of 5 and the mass online interest in this game in 2007-2009.
