"THE ROAD TO OLYMPUS"

Roads existed but were very long; the Dragon Fly Hives and Conflux didn’t appear. At the end of the first week, I found boots and later Moandor caught a log—only that was pleasing. On the third week, I broke into the treasure zone where there were several Dragon Fly Hives, but the most important thing was the Blue Cap and also a Shield +4 All; Town Portal was already at home. From the overview, I spot a village not far away. I decide to refill mana at home and use a scout hero to take the village via Dimension Door, then clear the treasure zone further from it, since a bit farther in that zone there were Dragon Utopias—or to ambush Gunnar, who seemed to be heading toward that same village. In the end, Gunnar takes the village, does reconnaissance, and Town Portals out of there. Presumably, he should have been out of mana and flew to a town where I could reach him with 2 Dimension Doors from that village. That’s how it turned out: the scout hero takes the village, and Moandor ambushes Gunnar in the castle with no mana at all.
