I don't remember exactly how we bargained, but [my opponent] gave up a very fat adjacent zone with three Griffin Conservatories (1+2+2), a quest artifact in it for Hell Hounds, gave 25 Medusas, which I used to break through the hives, and they survived until the Dragon Utopia on the native respawn. At the end of the 2nd [month], I captured a swamp town there — a Castle, built the ducks myself. And with supply from everywhere, I broke the Dragon Utopia — [it] gave +6 All Stats and a Pendant of +3 Luck/Morale. I re-specced Tazar for mana replenishment and the next turn entered the portal to the opponent's main. On his turn, he surrenders because he forgot to pass artifacts and the meat to the main hero.
