“Two Seasons: Summer-Autumn 2016” Tournament. Online games for rating (reports, discussions).
An incredibly fatty start with Luna, an external dwelling of air elementals, a ton of gold, and a stable. There were no Daddies, but I got a bunch of excellent mages: Brissa, Labetha, Ciele. On day 117 I placed birds, Luna burned Nagash's troops — there were no money issues. On day 125 I took the first Griffin Conservatory — it turned out to be a 2; then right away Labetha took a 4, Brissa took a 1, and I built Town Portal, but in GM5 on day 126 — air elementals. Lucky on day 127 the opponent was in the access zone with a significantly smaller army; he attacked like a noob, shaved off most of it — he surrendered. Review showed I was lucky to find the opponent early; otherwise, who knows how it would have ended: the army is big, but there's nowhere to use it, no underground teleport, treasure zones are inconvenient, super-treasure zones are empty, relocation wouldn't have given Dimension Door for the next three times, and the opponent has Gunnar. Thanks for the game!
Just 3 generations in a row with Luna on the opponent's side, against my completely empty respawn. Thanks for the game.
