After that, I pulled myself together and started taking external dwellings. I spotted another one deep in the respawn and managed to take it too + a dungeon village. Besides the external dwellings, there were also 3 small hives at the respawn. No Conflux or Utopia. No money at the respawn either. Even Moon arrived immediately, but I didn't fight with her because there was simply nowhere and no time to level her up. And the mice only appeared in the citadel.
I moved out on turn 122 via the crystallines, although it would have been possible to move out a day or even two earlier.
Through the view, I see that the opponent has a path to me through the wilderness in the center; I think it's fine, I have a day or two in reserve. But almost immediately after ГО along the only road, I run into 5-9 fairies guarding a KS and Pandora. I realize I can't break through them and didn't know what to do. Lost another day. Then the opponent appears and falls a few hundred moves short of a loot pile with an army. I check it. The army there consists of 5 angels, 43 wyverns, stats 14 10 16, and 208 mana. My Kreg has stats 18 13 2 and 129 mana; as for the army: 16 non-group mice, 14 wyverns, and units of one. I have oil and mass shield. I don't know what magic the opponent has. I was afraid to attack precisely because of the magic stats and the large amount of mana. I split up, pass the army along a chain, take the bracers that were between my respawn and the opponent's respawn (bugged passage), and wait to see what the opponent does. The opponent also didn't dare attack the fairies and ran toward me. I split up, build Mage Guild 2 (blindness, bolt), finish taking the hive at the respawn, and attack wearing the bracers. Except for level 1 magic, the opponent had nothing; there was oil, which we both splashed on each other. After that, the army advantage decided it.

Thanks for the game and good luck further!
