The second hero was Laura with harpies; after building them up, I had 30. I played through the early game using them. I cleared the dungeon behind the dwarves with Gunnar, level 5, and found a stash of fighters. I reached level 124 with 55 harpies and no oil of speed. At level 125, an opponent arrived, saw my army, and conceded.
